1 Select a preferred date, call or email [email protected]
2 Register your team
3 Submit the Choreography camp contract and Head Injury form
4 Download the waivers and bring the sign waivers to camp for every participant and coach
5 We will collect the signed waivers before the choreography kicks off.
6 We will generate an invoice for a deposit and generate a second invoice for the balance due.
7 SXW will confirm your choreography camp date and start time after the deposit has been received.

Routine Price Ranges

School Music/Traditional Routine Range: $3000-$3500 (Music/travel fees may apply)
Allstar Routine Range: $3000-$4000(Music/travel fees may apply)
Game Day Routine Range: $2000-$2800(Music/travel fees may apply)
Routine Elements may be purchased A la carte. Please call for pricing.
All deposits and balances paid are non-refundable.

A 25% deposit is due to hold your camp date. The balance is due two weeks before the camp date.

We accept purchase orders, school and organization checks, bank checks, and cashier's checks made out to Spirit Xpress West. No personal checks accepted.
