1 Select the camp of your choice, call or email patty@spiritxpresswest.com.
2 Register by clicking the button below
Once the registration form is received, you will receive a an invoice for a deposit, and a second invoice for the balance due.
3 Using the button below please complete the head injury form using the button below
4 Download the camp waiver using the button below and bring the signed waiver on Day 1 for every participant and coach.

SXW Accepts School Purchase orders, cashier checks, credit cards, 3.75 convenience fees, organization/booster checks. All Payments are non-refundable.
