Becoming a Member of Spirit Xpress West Staff is a rewarding and exciting opportunity for athletes who want to work in a field they love while enriching the lives of young adult athletes! Our staff is some of the most knowledgeable and experienced cheerleaders in the Southwest. Though Spirit Xpress West is a small company, we pride ourselves on the quality of cheer and dance services we provide. Becoming a part of our staff would mean becoming part of a well-rounded and knowledgeable family of cheerleaders and dancers, creating lifelong friends, and working diligently to take every team we work with to their full potential.
Not only will you be learning new skills in cheerleading, but Spirit Xpress West teaches you valuable life skills such as time management, professionalism, and many more! As an SXW Staff Member, not only will you be an athlete and performer, but a:
Role Model: You are leading by example, helping young athletes learn dedication, professionalism, hard work, and teamwork.
Educator: Most of your job as an SXW Staff Member is educating young athletes in the sport of cheerleading. It is your job to ensure that cheerleaders who attend our camps learn, understand, and retain the information you provide to them at camp.
Brand Ambassador: You are a marketing tool for SXW. The most important part of a company is its customers. You will be required to listen, understand and be attentive to the needs of your customer with a positive attitude.
Recruiter: You have the ability to spot potential new Staff Members at our camps, and you can help spread the word of SXW Camps and Choreography to recruit new teams to our summer camps each year.
